Under your contract with TeleMED, we provide, install and maintain all of the hardware (including recording devices) and all of the software you need to manage your tests.  Installation and training typically takes less than one day.  Onsite training, provided on the same day by our skilled and experienced TeleMED trainers, typically takes just 45 minutes – or less – because operation of the TeleMED system is intuitive.  That means you are ready to manage your first test right away.  It’s that easy.

With the help of the latest communication technologies, customers can reach our staff and obtain support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our support includes:

  • On-site technical support and training

On the rare occasions when you do need an equipment repair, we can visit your site and complete the repair or provide a replacement within 1 business day.

And as always with TeleMED, you don’t pay for regular maintenance. Or repairs. You don’t even pay for equipment upgrades. All you pay is a per-use charge.
