As a result, Family Physicians can provide their patients with in-office diagnostic testing for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), asthma, hypertension and other forms of heart disease. They can also obtain secure, online diagnostic assistance from Specialists, on an as-needed basis. Early testing and diagnosis will, in turn, enable early implementation of treatment plans.
